At SYNTHIC, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and securely. Below are the shipping policies based on your location:
1. Shipping within The Netherlands

Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 1-4 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping within Europe

Standard European Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3-8 business days (depending on the destination)
Standard shipping with tracking for European destinations. Customs or duty fees may apply depending on the destination country.
3. International Shipping (Outside Europe)

Standard International Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3-14 business days
For all destinations outside of Europe, we offer tracked shipping with delivery times depending on the location. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
Important Information
- Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Holidays & Weekends: Please allow extra time for delivery during national holidays or peak periods.
- Tracking: All orders come with tracking information that will be provided once your package is dispatched.
- Customs and Import Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Possible Delays: While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues may cause delays. We will keep you updated should any delays occur.
