Refund policy

How do I return/exchange?

  1. Before you send us an email make sure your return meets our return criteria

  2. Download our return form on the end of this page. Make sure you fill in all information. A return without this form cannot be processed.

  3. When registering a return shipment to our customer service (synthic@sinmerchandise.nl) you automatically indicate that you have agreed on these return conditions.

  4. Please refer to the return form for further instructions. You can return the package to the department specified on the form.

  5. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate your preferred size on the form. Note that many of our products are limited edition, and if the desired size is sold out, we will be unable to process the exchange. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

  6. Ensure that you ship your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

We recommend to send a return with a tracking code to avoid any lost item.

We are not responsible for any missing returned parcels. 

 

Return

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Items received at our warehouse more than 14 days after delivery will be automatically rejected and sent back to the customer. Therefore, please ensure that you ship the return promptly after registering it.


Criteria
All items must be returned in original condition.
Clothing condition; unwashed and unworn.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags
Add the orders Invoice, otherwise we can't refund.

Free gifts or promotional items don’t have to be returned


Charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We ship for free in The Netherlands, if the order amount is above a specific amount. However we will still charge the shipping costs we made from the total refund amount once a package is returned for a refund. Normally it's €6,95 in the Netherlands.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
